It’s being sponsored by a coalition of various organizations, including the Dane County and City of Madison food policy councils, REAP Food Group and various nonprofits and partners who are working to enhance our local food system.
This survey will help us learn more about Dane County food producers and their hopes related to our local food system. This information will help us prioritize recommendations that will help us improve our food supply chain.
We are collecting information about who you are so that we can better understand different groups of farmers experiences.
