Family Feedback Survey on Frederick Business Accessibility

We're seeking input from local families to help community businesses better understand how they can create welcoming, accessible, and inclusive experiences for autistic and disabled customers. Your feedback will help inform an upcoming presentation and educational workshop for local business leaders. The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
