Youth Photovoice Interest Form

This project is intended for New Mexicans between the ages of 18 and 24. This activity is intended for program evaluation and improvement at the New Mexico Department of Health. In this community project, young adults will meet with NMDOH staff to take photographs portraying sentiments toward COVID-19 vaccine and discuss them with NMDOH and other participants. Please make arrangements to have a device capable of taking and uploading pictures for this event. We greatly appreciate your participation. Please submit all interest requests by July 28, 2021.
