City of Casey EA Update
Following the successful NO vote your ASU delegates and officials met with City of Casey last week to try and work through a way forward.
Discussions around the compromise position of a 12 month roll over (with an improved pay offer from the 1% previously offered - which was voted down) was unsuccessful.
In light of the offer remaining the same, and unacceptable to members the ASU and other unions unanimously agreed that the only option is to begin bargaining for a longer-term Enterprise Agreement.
We have updated our log of claims, which substantially remains the same with a few new inclusions.
