The Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC) would like to hear from you about our delivery of programs and services. We want to ensure that our customer service standards, programs, and services are meeting your needs to grow your business and the cultural industries, and to hear what changes you would recommend.

OMDC recently embarked on a bold five-year strategic plan, a link to which is provided here and at the end of this survey. As we pursue new strategic priorities to ensure that Ontario’s media sector is as strong as it can be, client satisfaction will be key in measuring our progress and informing us as to where we need to adjust our programs, services, and communications. We want to ensure that OMDC is an organization that you will continue to rely on to achieve your business goals.

To do this, OMDC has hired a consulting firm, OPTIMUS | SBR, to conduct an evaluation of the level of client satisfaction with our current programs and services. This survey is a great way to provide your feedback and help us along the way to achieving strategic objectives.

We anticipate the survey will require 10-20 minutes to complete. As you are completing the survey, please keep in mind that if you do not want to answer a question, you may skip it and move on to the next one. Partial results will be accepted.
