Question Title

* 11. An important part of the IMAJN Ministry for religious formation students is the IMAJN Focus discussion group, which takes place after designated IMAJN Masses. Topics in previous years have included Sacraments, a Church Search, Prayer, The Mass Revealed and A Day in the Life of Jesus.

Each religious formation class in grades 6-10 is scheduled to attend once every school year to learn about the current topic, but everyone is encouraged to participate.

As a parent or community member, do you have an interest in attending a future focus-group session?

Question Title

* 13. It is the intention of the IMAJN ministry team, with the support of the pastoral staff, to nurture the spiritual life of the youth in our community. A possibility suggested by the IMAJN Ministry Team and Fr. Mike is to keep two IMAJN Masses per month, but to consider celebrating one of them at the 9:30a.m. Sunday morning Mass.

The main purpose of doing so would be twofold: to respond proactively to Bishop Ricken’s pastoral letter titled "Called to Be Holy, Fully Engaged, Fully Alive," and to promote parish integration in conjunction with the SMM Pastoral Council's focus in 2013-14 on youth, young adults and family (among the six focus areas of the bishop’s pastoral letter).

The change to a 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning IMAJN Mass once a month would allow us to more fully and directly integrate the IMAJN ministry with youth, young adult and family into the life of the parish community.

With this information in mind, which option do you prefer?
