Professional Taste Panel Recruitment
Information
The University of Arkansas Sensory Science Center is hiring new “Professional Taste Panelists” as follows:
1) After completing a series of training sessions, selected volunteers will serve as “professional taste panel” at the University of Arkansas Sensory Science Center in the Department of Food Science at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR.
2) Panelists are going to be asked to evaluate the appearance, aroma, flavor, taste, and mouthfeel attributes of a variety of food and beverage products in an analytical way using their five senses.
3) Panelists are going to work from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays
4) Payment:
- During training sessions, each panelist will receive $12 per hour.
- After passing a certification test, each panelist will receive $15 per hour.
