Future Bond Planning Survey

We value your input as we plan for the future of Hudsonville Public Schools. Your feedback is crucial as we consider potential academic and facility investments that may be included in a future bond proposal being considered for the fall of 2026.

Last spring, we conducted several focus groups with parents, staff, and community members to better understand the priorities and aspirations for our district. These conversations were thoughtful, wide-ranging, and deeply rooted in a shared commitment to our students. The main themes that emerged from those sessions helped shape the list of potential improvements included in the following survey.

Through input from all focus groups, participants highlighted several facility and program needs across the district. While we wish we could address all of these, we want to prioritize feedback from our community before we finalize the scope of the proposal. That’s why your input is so important; your responses will help us prioritize the projects that matter most to our school community.

The survey is organized into four broad categories:
  • Additional Infrastructure Supporting Academic Program Improvements (e.g., new buildings or major expansions)
  • Safety Enhancements (e.g., secure entrances, lighting, and cameras)
  • Facility Improvements (e.g., air conditioning, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improved playgrounds)
  • Athletic Improvements (e.g., fields, tracks, and gym spaces)
Please rate your level of support for each item using the scale provided:

Please note that while we aim to address as many items as possible, your feedback will guide us in making informed decisions about our future investments.

Thank you for your participation in shaping the future of Hudsonville Public Schools.
