The data and privacy policies of our leading technology companies (Apple, Facebook, Google and Amazon) are long, confusing, and rarely read.

We're researchers at Columbia University, and we're trying to change that by creating a visualization of these policies that you can interact with on the web.

We'd like your help imagining questions you might ask such a visualization. What would you want to know? What concerns do you have and what are you indifferent about? We'd love your ideas as we develop an easy way to compare and contrast company policies across these issues.
