Greetings from SBMS!
As we reflect back on the past school year, we are reaching out to those who know us best: our parents. This year was unprecedented and we were able to remain open thanks to the flexibility and efforts of our families and incredible community.
This survey is an integral part of our efforts to shape the future of our school. Please take some time to answer as thoughtfully as possible, and keep in mind that your answers are anonymous. There is also an opportunity to share your goals and dreams for the future of SBMS at the end of the survey.
Please complete this survey as soon as possible so that we can include the results in our planning for the 2021-22 school year. If you have more than one child who attended SBMS, please take the survey for each child.
