By submitting this proposal, you understand that your presentation will be recorded and that with your submission, you automatically permit HODS to publish the title, description, PowerPoint, and presentation recording to any media outlet HODS chooses.

7.Bibliographic References for Clinical Presentations (5 to 7, after 2019)
8.How many minutes of your presentation does your content include differential diagnosis components. This is for clinical presentations.
9.Please provide a brief bio about yourself; the kind of work you do; any degrees, certifications, achievements; interests, and anything else you would like to appear about you in the event program.
