Fiscal Year 2025-26 Contractor Connections Training Need Survey

This survey is intended for contractors who receive funds from the California Department of Social Services, Child Care and Development Division, and have attended our PQIB trainings offered in the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year. Your responses will help us determine which elements are most useful and assist in identifying areas of the trainings that may be needed in the future.

Please complete the survey only if your funds were under the following contract types and you attended our trainings:
  • CalWORKs Stages Two, and Three (C2AP and C3AP)
  • The General Child Care and Development Program (CCTR)
  • The Family Child Care Home Education Network Program (CFCC)
  • Resource and Referral Program (CRRP)
  • The California Alternative Payment Program (CAPP)
  • The Migrant Alternative Payment Program (CMAP)
  • The Migrant Child Care and Development Program (CMIG)
  • The Child Care and Development Program for Children with Severe Disabilities (CHAN)
