2.COACHING NEEDS ASSESSMENT

This needs assessment survey is the KEY to unlocking the power of the TRAC Coaching system, for you and your coach. The survey will only takes 5-minutes to complete.

Your responses will be forwarded to your coach, and you and the coach will use these results to help better shape your coaching experience. (Note: Please record a response for all of the sixteen questions.)

1.I feel like I am at a point (maybe again) where I need to better clarify my overall direction, where I am headed, and my vision for the future?
2.I desire to better understand what I "bring to the table" as a leader, and how I best influence others.
3.I need some help in processing some of the key moments of my journey (good or bad) and try to gain a greater understanding of what God is wanting me to learn me from these experiences.
4.I have an important decision in front of me, and I need to summarize all of what I know about myself, and make a call on what I should do.
5.I need to explore how to "live life" in a more balanced way, and how to work on "both" my character (who I am) and my skills (what I do) in a way that fits who I am.
6.I want to explore how I can find the mentors and the resources I know I need to help advance my development and leadership.
7.I need to evaluate if I am "on-track," and if I have incorporated some of the key essentials that I will need to help keep me keep moving forward as a leader.
8.I need to get back to more "personal" study of the Word of God. I need to talk about a plan/approach that can help me make that happen.
9.I feel like I am caught in a “in-between” time in my development as a leader. I need to process where I am at, and think through where things might be heading.
10.I need some perspective. I need help gaining a "big-picture" view of my life and leadership, and how that compares with how God shapes leaders in general.
11.I desire to better understand how God is shaping my character right now, and what it means to lead more out of who I am, than what I do.
12.I need to gain greater clarity on what's driving me as a leader, and why.
13.I need to better clarify my core convictions and values, and how they play out in my decision-making and choices.
14.I need to better understand both "what I do" as I leader (my actual contribution to others), and the methods that I use to bring about the change and influence God has shaped me to make.
15.I need to talk through how I can better implement and accomplish the things I know I need to do.
16.I need to work more on me, and how to create a workable plan to help facilitate my own ongoing growth and development as a leader.
