Parclo (Partial Cloverleaf) Interchange Alternative
Parclo Interchange Pros/Cons

Pros:
- Less expensive than Single Quadrant interchange alternative.
- Provides I-94 access to/from east

Cons:
- Location of 20th St crossing of railroad tracks affects adjacent property
- 28th Ave west of 20th St does not connect directly to 20th St.
- Affects M-State parking lot
- Railroad storage area may need to be extended north

7.For the Parclo interchange alternative, would you like to see a north-south connector road from 28th Ave to 24th Ave on the west side of the M State campus? (see Parclo figure above for possible north-south connector road)
Single Quadrant Interchange Alternative
Single Quadrant Interchange Pros/Cons

Pros:
- Provides I-94 access to/from east
- 28th Ave connection maintained to the west
- Does not affect properties east of 20th St.

Cons:
- Affects M-State parking lot
- More expensive than Parclo interchange alternative
