Neko and Lucy are the facilitators of the advisory group. We've created this form so we can grab some basic details from you and then get in touch with you!

This survey is for trans and gender diverse folk who want to be part of an advisory group for a podcast project being run by Women's Health Tasmania and Working It Out.

You must be 18 years old or over to participate. 
1.Before we start, just a word about privacy and confidentiality. The information you share here we only use for the purpose of setting up the Advisory Group. We won't share any details such as pronouns, phone numbers or location with anyone outside of Working It Out and Women's Health Tasmania.
