* 3. AOSSM 2020 HOTEL AGREEMENT

Requests received will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and are based on hotel availability.

Cancellations or Arrival/Departure Changes
Reservations may be cancelled, or arrival and departure dates may be changed, for group reservations until Monday, May 4, 2020 without charge. After this date, each reservation is subject to a one-night room and tax deposit that is non-refundable.

Attrition Policy (groups of 10 or more rooms)
If you are reserving 10 or more rooms, you will be required to sign a separate affiliate agreement with the hotel directly. If final utilization of your originally contracted room block falls below 90%, you will be responsible for an attrition charge equal to the number of room nights less than the 90% utilization.
