Bridging Hearts and Minds is an eight-week skills building workshop that uses mindfulness and yoga to enhance overall mental health and well-being. The objective of this program is to help those with anxiety/depression reduce stress and develop healthy coping skills. Examples of skills participants learn include body scanning, sitting meditation, yoga techniques, walking meditation, breathing exercises and loving kindness.
Dates: May 31st- July 19th
Times: 6:15-8:15pm (with an optional 30 minute yoga session)
