Welcome to HMHB’s AmeriCorps survey! HMHB has been awarded an AmeriCorps planning grant, and we are exploring  community needs that AmeriCorps members could potentially help meet relating to pregnant and parenting families with children up to age 3 (P-3 families). Before you take this survey, you may wish to review the introductory video and materials at https://hmhb-mt.org/americorps. We will use your responses to this survey and any other input we receive to assess the feasibility of a potential new AmeriCorps program and, if deemed feasible, to design it. Please know that we are simply gauging needs and interest at this time. You are not committing to anything by participating in this survey, and HMHB is not committing to anything by asking you to complete it. There are 19 questions and we expect it will take you approximately 12 minutes to complete. Thank you for your time and feedback!
