We are pleased to once again offer our Mentorship Program, an exclusive benefit for Alliance members. Please note that this form allows you to sign up to be a mentee. Thank you for your interest in growing your career as a mentee!
What To Expect:
· Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per month, including 1:1 meetings and interactive monthly group mentoring sessions from June to December.
· Tailored Matching: To provide you with the best experience, you may be paired with multiple mentors or share a mentor with another mentee.
· Communication: You and your mentor(s) will define your own cadence and preferred communication methods.

· Growth Mindset: Success in this program requires an open mind and a mutual willingness to both learn and share knowledge.
· Pairing Policy: Pairings are thoughtfully selected and are considered final (except in cases of direct workplace conflicts).
