Should the trail be revamped, the RDEK would assume responsibility for ongoing operations and maintenance (except for the BC Parks sections), and the trail would be added to the Regional Parks Plan as an Electoral Area E trail. This would result in a tax increase for all Area E residents. Do you support this?
13.
After public consultation, a final revamp plan will be developed and shared with the community. We will then be reaching out to potential funders (such as CBT) to revamp the trail.. Please list any additional funders you know who may be able to support the project.
