The Postgraduate Medical Council of Victoria (PMCV) trains, develops and supports state and national initiatives in prevocational medical officer training. All health services in Victoria with intern/PGY2 training programs and posts must be accredited by PMCV.

 Exposure to assessment/management of patients with acute undifferentiated illness AND acutely ill
 Opportunities to assess patients are first presentation/ Emerg Resusc involvement/ procedural skills
