For past recipients of service related to Muckleshoot Child and Family Services (MCFS) cases in Muckleshoot Tribal Court. Please answer questions to the best of your knowledge.

Purpose: The purpose of this survey is to collect data that will assist in improving the handling of child welfare cases by the Muckleshoot Tribal Court. The Court hopes to increase engagement of the entire family in the court process. Your responses are confidential and will help us to improve our services and better meet the needs of those who come before the Court.

You may have been involved with child welfare cases at Muckleshoot Tribal Court in several roles (i.e., as a child, and later as a relative placement.) You may fill this survey out multiple times, with each survey representing your experience in each role.
