Introduction and Nominee Details

There are three award categories which have been carefully selected to reflect the range of skills that are essential for any effective helpline. The shortlist and winners will be chosen by an independent panel of judges.

You are nominating for:  HELPLINE EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
CRITERIA FOR THE AWARD
The Helpline Employee of the Year category is open to all full-time, temporary and part-time paid staff of a member organisation. The person will have made a significant contribution to the helpline and shown a real commitment over the last 12-18 months. Or they may have been creative and innovative e.g. suggesting a new idea or exciting project to improve the helpline. The nominee should showcase the helpline standards and core values and go above and beyond the job description.
 
ELIGIBILITY
• Only employees of a Helplines Partnership member organisation are eligible to be nominated.
• Anyone can submit a nomination – you can nominate yourself or be nominated by someone else.
• You may enter as many categories as you like as long as the specific criteria for each category is met and entries are submitted on separate forms.
