The USAID Education Summit is a 3 day event with with the following daily themes:

Day 1: Looking Back
Day 2: What's happening now
Day 3: Looking ahead

Each day will consist of a plenary session and several 75 minute concurrent sessions on a variety of topics. The concurrent sessions will largely be formulated by the Communities of Practice supporting the 3 Goals of the USAID Education Office, of which USAID ECCN is one. We welcome your suggestions on plenary speakers, topics for the concurrent sessions, and speakers or panelists for the concurrent sessions.

As a reference point, below are concurrent session topics that others recently suggested:

What is the USAID Education in Crisis and Conflict Network and What does it mean for me?
ICT for Education in Crisis and Conflict: Learning Commons (Sharing of Tools and Results)
Panel – What are the unique challenges related to school safety in conflict and crisis environments?
Panel or Workshop – What Doesn’t Work in Alternative Education in Crisis and Conflict?
