* 5. The cost to attend the Faith Formation/Youth Ministry meetings is $85 per year for one person, 2 people from the same parish/cluster $150, additional attendees from that same parish/cluster for $50 each. 

If you are not a Youth Minister or Faith Formation Director, the cost is $35. 

Meetings are from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  Cost includes lunch.  Please note any dietary needs below...
