8AM Tee Time. No, the entire team elects to be done after the morning round of golf and opt-out of dinner and prize table. A $50 tax receipt will be issued to each player following the event provided that this option is selected prior to May 22 2026. Note: you still qualify to win course contests and raffles.

8AM Tee Time. The number of participants returning for dinner is unknown at this time. Participants will let Hospice L&A know if they wish to opt-out prior to May 22 2026

Prefer 1PM tee time, but register me for the 8AM tee time as the afternoon is currently sold out. We would like to be placed on the waitlist to move the afternoon should a spot become available.

ONLY interested in 1PM tee time, which is currently sold out. Please DO NOT register me for 1PM, instead put me on the waitlist for the afternoon.
