Children's Behavioral Health Services
Communication Survey

Introduction & Purpose

As part of a statewide effort to improve how Maine’s children and families learn about, understand, and access behavioral health services and supports, The Office of Behavioral Health will launch a public education campaign for the purpose of establishing a statewide communications system to generate awareness, offer information that is accessible, and connect children, families, parents, caregivers, providers, and other stakeholders to the right supports.

As a valued stakeholder, your insight will help shape how the Department effectively helps children, families, and all providers understand and navigate system enhancements across multiple channels.

This short survey is designed to better understand your experiences, challenges, and recommendations regarding how the Department currently communicates with families, providers, and partners and help to inform strategic planning, identify gaps, and guide improvement for future outreach efforts.

The survey will take approximately 3 minutes to complete.

We suggest responses be submitted by April 30, 2026. All responses are anonymous and kept confidential.
