Overall Priorities

Dear Neighbors,

After the April 2016 Town Hall to protest the Port Authority's intention to use eminent domain and raze significant assets in our neighborhood, we were successful in getting the Port Authority to restart its planning process for a new bus terminal to include community participation and a comprehensive approach.
In December 2016, Manhattan Community Board 4 organized a planning session to collect the community's planning priorities for Hell's Kitchen South in the context of the building of a new bus terminal. Over 150 neighbors participated.
We are now using these ideas and sharing them with the community to understand your wants and needs for Hell's Kitchen South. (W30th to W42nd Streets, west of 8th Avenue).

Your opinions are important to us! Anyone living or working in CD4 can respond.
Be kind enough to share this survey with your neighbors.
