Hell's Kitchen South Coalition (HKSC) Open Space Project

The Open Space Project will develop preliminary concepts for selected open spaces proposed in the HKSC Neighborhood Plan (HKSC Plan). The goal is to create a safe, pedestrian friendly neighborhood with great open spaces for all to enjoy. We need your input to develop specific recommendations for these Port Authority-owned properties. This survey will only take 4 minutes to complete.
