29th Annual Montana Diabetes Professional Conference - Call for Sponsors & Exhibitors

Exhibitor Questionnaire

The 29th Annual Montana Diabetes Professional Conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Missoula Downton, October 22nd & 23rd, 2026. This exciting and informative, two-day conference is being co-hosted by the MT Diabetes Program and the MT Coordinating Body of ADCES, and provides annual state-of-the-art training for healthcare professionals in diabetes prevention, education, and clinical care.

We anticipate approximately 100-150 nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and physicians to attend.

If you are interested in sponsoring and/or exhibiting at the conference, please complete the following questionnaire by Friday, September 18th, 2026. Watch your email for a confirmation & invoice.
