S.R.H.S. Needs Assessment Survey

In this survey, we are interested in learning more about your thoughts, feelings, and attitudes towards Santa Rosa High School. This survey is open to anyone in the Santa Rosa Consolidated School District; but we especially want to hear from immediate family and extended family members of the students who attend Santa Rosa High School.

When answering these questions, please consider your child's current experience at school.

This survey is to help us understand different aspects of the community/school relationship, and how to better address the gaps and deficiencies that are identified. Your answers will be used in aggregate, and all responses are anonymous (unless you choose to leave your contact information). As such, please be as honest as possible - there are no right or wrong answers.

Because different children often have different experiences in the same school, please complete this survey once per child.
