[EN]  Dear participant of the Baltic Pride 2019 March of Equality,

Are you planning to join us at the Baltic Pride 2019 March of Equality with more than 10 people? Do you want to bring your own banners, posters? Then help us to understand who will be there, by submitting this Registration Form.
 
The National LGBT* Rights Organization LGL is happy to inform you that the March for Equality will take place in Vilnius on June 8th, 2019 (Saturday) between 13:00 PM and 15:00 PM.
 
Baltic Pride 2019 March for Equality is a celebration of tolerance, diversity and inclusiveness in the Lithuanian society. It is a political manifestation by lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and open-minded individuals, who are not willing to put up with surrounding bigotry and homo-, bi- and transphobia. Your participation is crucial in taking one more important step towards equality and diversity in the Lithuanian society.
 
As the main organizer of the event, we are committed to ensure the safety of the participants and the good atmosphere of the march itself. Please read carefully the following information with regards to the logistics of the Baltic Pride 2019 March for Equality.

Nacionalinė LGBT teisių organizacija LGL  džiaugiasi galėdama pranešti, kad eitynės „Už lygybę“ vyks 2019 birželio 8 dieną (šeštadienį) nuo 13:00 val. iki 15:00 val. Pasiruošimas eitynėms – nuo 12.00 val.
 
„Baltic Pride“ 2019 eitynės „Už lygybę!“ – tai tolerancijos, įvairovės ir socialinės įtraukties šventė. Jūsų dalyvavimas yra labai svarbus žengiant dar vieną žingsnį link lygybės ir įvairovės puoselėjimo Lietuvos visuomenėje.
 
Kaip pagrindinis renginio organizatorius, mes įsipareigojame užtikrinti dalyvių saugumą ir teigiamą eitynių atmosferą. Prašome atidžiai perskaityti žemiau pateiktą informaciją, susijusią su „Baltic Pride“ 2019 eitynių „Už lygybę!“ logistika.
 

Question Title

* 1. [EN] ARRIVAL
The entrance to the territory of the march will be completely free, no prior registration is needed (except group registration). The participants are invited to arrive to Bernardine Gardens (Bernardinų Sodas, B. Radvilaitės gatvė) between 12:00 – 13:00. Don’t know how to arrive there? Please check out the Google Maps here.
 
IMPORTANT: Please arrive on time! It will be possible to join the March ONLY if you arrive at the location between 12:00 – 13:00. This is crucial for our safety!

[LT] ATVYKIMAS
Įėjimas į eitynių teritoriją yra visiškai nemokamas, nėra būtina išankstinė registracija (išskyrus grupėms, kurias sudaro 10 ir daugiau dalyvių).  Dalyviai yra kviečiami atvykti prie Bernardinų sodo (B. Radvilaitės g. 8A, Vilnius) nuo 12:00 val. iki 13:00 val. Nežinote kaip atvykti? Prašome pasitikslinti eitynių pradžios vietą naudojant Google Mapsčia.
 
SVARBU: Atvykite laiku! Prie eitynių pavyks prisijungti tik tuo atveju, jei atvyksite į nurodytąvietą tarp 12:00 val. ir 13:00 val. Tai labaisvarbu dėl mūsų saugumo!
 

Question Title

* 2. [EN] SECURITY MEASURES
The police officers will be performing security checks of ALL INDIVIDUALS (i.e. including the participants and spectators), that will be in the surrounding area of the march. You might be required to open your bags, to answer certain questions or to go through the body control. The police will be using the least intrusive measures, but it is crucial for ensuring our safety. Certain items might be rejected from being displayed in the course of the March, before arriving at the venue, please keep in mind:
  • DO NOT BRING: sharp items, explosives, weapons, alcohol (individuals, carrying these objects, will be immediately removed from the surrounding area).
  • DO BRING: water, rainbow items, banners (no wooden or metal sticks), desired props, open-mindedness and a good mood.
  • DO NOT WEAR OR BRING: offensive outfits, banners, props to the March.
  • YOU CAN: enter all establishments on Gediminas Avenue (e.g. cafes, bars, “Maxima”, etc.) after entering through the entry points. However, you might have to answer additional questions by the police officers after leaving these establishments.

[LT] APSAUGOS PRIEMONĖS
Policijos pareigūnai atliks VISŲ ASMENŲ patikras (įskaitant žiūrovus bei eisenos dalyvius), kurie bus eisenos prieigose. Jums gali tekti praverti savo rankinukus ar kuprines, atsakyti į tam tikrus klausimus bei būti apieškotam. Tai yra būtina užtikrinant Jūsų saugumą. Tam tikri daiktai bus draudžiami eitynių metu, tad prieš atvykstant į renginio vietą, turėkite omenyje, kad:

  • YRA DRAUDŽIAMA ĮSINEŠTI: aštrius daiktus, sprogmenis, ginklus, alkoholį (asmenys, turintys šiuos daiktus, bus nedelsiant išprašyti iš renginio prieigų).
  • YRA LEIDŽIAMA ATSINEŠTI: vandenį, daiktus susijusius su vaivorykšte bei jos spalvomis, plakatus (be medinių ar metalinių strypų), gerą nuotaiką bei plačią pasaulėžiūrą.
  • NEDĖVĖKITE IR NEATSINEŠKITE: aprangos bei plakatų, kurie galėtų įžeisti eitynių dalyvius bei stebėtojus.
  • GALITE: įeiti į visas įstaigas, įsikūrusias Gedimino Prospekte (pvz. kavinės, barai, "Maxima", ir t.t. ) praėjus patikros punktus. Nepaisant to, Jums vis tiek gali tekti atsakyti į papildomus policijos pareigūnų klausimus išeinant iš teritorijos.

* 3. [EN] MARCHING
The march is expected to start at 13:00 p.m. AFTER the announcement by the organizers. The length of the route will be approximately 2.2 kilometers and we expect that it will take about 1.5 hours for us to reach the final destination at Lukiškių Square. At the initial gathering point you will be greeted by LGL volunteers, who will direct you towards the planned marching spot.
  • LGL volunteers will be distributing selected props (e.g. whistles, rattles, balloons, etc.) from the LGL bus. Please be kind – there will be enough for everybody to make a proper noise! 
  • Please form lines of 5 people each, keeping at least one meter between the lines. LGL volunteers and security coordinators will assist you with this task, but please take their instructions seriously.
  • If your line happens to be directly in front of or behind the bus in the march, please make sure that there is at least a two-meter distance between the line and the bus.
  • In the course of the march DO NOT: pay attention to the protestors no matter what they do, do not communicate with them; panic; argue with the police, organizers or security coordinators; display rude language, comments or gestures; go shirtless; drink alcohol.
  • In the course of the march DO: follow the instructions of the police, organizers and security coordinators; be cheerful; take care of your friend; treat police staff with respect; inform organizers or security coordinators about any suspicious actions; enjoy the moment.
[LT] EITYNĖS
Eitynių pradžia numatoma 13:00 val. po organizatorių pranešimo. Apytikslis eitynių atstumas yra 2,2 km. Galutinį eitynių tikslą – Lukiškių aikštę pasieksime po 1,5 val. Šalia numatytos susitikimo vietos Jus pasitiks mūsų savanoriai, kurie nukreips Jus iki eitynių pradžios vietos.
 
  • LGL savanoriai dalins eitynėms reikalingą atributiką (pvz. švilpukus, tarškynes, balionus ir t.t.) iš LGL autobuso. Prašome būti kantriems – atributikos užteks visiems!
  • Prašome susiburti į 5 žmonių grupeles išilgai ir palaikyti bent metro tarpą tarp eilių. LGL savanoriai ir apsauga padės Jums.
  • Jei nutiks taip, kad eilė, kurioje esate Jūs, bus prieš arba už autobuso, prašome pasirūpinti saugumu ir laikytis bent 2 metrų atstumo nuo autobuso.
  • Eitynių metu KVIEČIAME: nekreipti dėmesio į protestuotojus ir jų provokacijas. Nesiginčykite su policijos pareigūnais, organizatoriais ar apsaugos darbuotojais. Taip pat nedalyvaukite eitynėse apsinuoginę ir nevartokite alkoholio.
  • Eitynių metu RAGINAME: klausytis policijos pareigūnų, organizatorių ar apsaugos darbuotojų nurodymų. Būkite nusiteikę pozityviai, pasirūpinkite savimi bei savo bičiuliais, gerbkite policijos pareigūnus, informuokite organizatorius ar apsaugos darbuotojus apie visus įt

* 4. RALLY
The final destination of the march is at Lukiškių Square. There will be some speeches, greetings, music and informational activities taking place at the gathering point. It is the MOMENT to celebrate our accomplishment of the Baltic Pride 2019 March for Equality.
 
In case any additional safety measure will have to be applied due to unexpected circumstances, the police, organizers and security coordinators will provide you with comprehensive instructions on how to evacuate. PLEASE STRICTLY FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!

MITINGAS
Eitynių kulminacija vyks Lukiškių aikštėje. Čia išgirsite sveikinimo kalbas, muziką ir informaciją apie tolimesnius "Baltic Pride" 2019 renginius. Tai bus "Baltic Pride" 2019 eitynių "Už lygybę!" KULMINACIJA kai švęsime drauge.

Jei bus papildomų apsaugos reikalavimų dėl nenumatytų įvykių, policijos pareigūnai, organizatoriai ir apsaugos darbuotojai apie tai Jus informuos ir nurodys galimus tolimesnius veiksmus. PRAŠOME GRIEŽTAI LAIKYTIS REIKALAVIMŲ!
