This survey is designed for me - professional bias management trainer - to gauge police officer's feelings about past and future anti-bias, implicit bias, or bias management trainings. The information is only for me as a guide in creating a training course, and results are totally anonymous. Results will not be shared with anyone else. Although, I have never been a Police Officer I am from a multi-generation police family and was raised by a police officer - my dad. I am looking for information to help me craft the very best bias management training program for police officers and agencies, possible. I am in the process of creating a training program for consideration by the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST). This survey will help me deliver a great training course proposal, to the benefit of many people. Thanks very much!
