Since 1980, most areas of Greeley have allowed no more than two unrelated adults to share a house. The Strategic Housing Plan, adopted by City Council in 2019, listed amending household occupancy standards as an action item. City Council is exploring increasing the number of unrelated adults allowed to share a house based on the number of bedrooms in the house. The City would like your feedback about this possible new approach.
