The MBTA is partnering with the City of Everett on the Everett Reconnected Planning Study.

Sweetser Circle is a traffic circle built in 1956 where Route 16 (Revere Beach Parkway), Route 99 (Broadway), and Main Street intersect. For decades, Sweetser Circle and Route 16 have created a barrier between the northern and southern neighborhoods of Everett. This study will develop conceptual designs to improve neighborhood connectivity, increase transit access and reliability, and make it easier to walk and bike in the vicinity of Sweetser Circle.

We're studying how people move through Sweetser Circle today and where the biggest challenges are. We want to know how you currently travel through the area, what challenges you face, and what changes would make the biggest difference for you. The map below shows the project study area for reference. Please only provide responses based on your experiences in this part of Everett.
