Introduction
 
The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services is considering how to implement the Home Inspection Act, 2017, which governs the home inspection industry and the services the industry provides. This questionnaire is intended to help the ministry better understand the current landscape of the home inspection sector in Ontario. It is designed to be completed by anyone working in the home inspection industry or on behalf of an organization representing the home inspection sector. Your responses to the questions will help to provide data that is needed to inform the development of proposed regulations under the Home Inspection Act, 2017.
