Introduction
The University of Cape Town policy for HIV/AIDS is due for review.

The purpose of the review is to:
1) determine whether a policy is still needed or if it should be  combined with another administrative policy;
2) determine whether the purpose and goal of the policy is still being met;
3) determine whether changes are required to improve the effectiveness or clarity of the policy and procedures; and
4) to ensure that appropriate education, monitoring and ongoing review of the policy is occurring.

As a member of the university community, you are invited to provide comment and/or recommendations on each section of the policy.

This survey is anonymous. Do not provide your name or identifying information in the survey. This survey tool will not collect IP addresses.
