2025 Vendor Information

This year's Peach Festival will expand beyond Queen Street to include Simcoe Park, offering families a chance to enjoy our local green spaces and improve pedestrian flow.

August 8 & 9: Mini Market on King Street from Queen down to Byron with Sips of Summer (licensed area) inside Simcoe Park and live music from 12pm to 7pm
August 9: Peach on the Street Market on Queen Street from King down to Victoria with Community Stage in front of Courthouse starting at 10am to 6pm

Rates:

  • Peach Festival Rates are $300 for a single day, OR $550 for both days plus HST for a 10x10 space.
  • Discounted Chamber Member Rates are $250 for a single day, OR $500 for both days plus HST for a 10x10 space.
  • Sips of Summer at the Peach Pit Rates (located in front of Simcoe Park Bandshell) are $400 for a single day, OR $700 for both days, plus HST for a 10x10 space.

  • A routine health inspection report from your business' home / local health unit
  • If your business uses a shared space (such as centralized / community kitchen), a routine health inspection report for the food premises, accompanied by proof facility use, such as an email from the owner / operator of the shared space, a facility rental agreement, or an invoice / receipt from the location's owner / operator to you related to kitchen use

* 11. All vendors are required to bring their own equipment and 10x10 tent. The tent must be white, dark green, peach in colour or an approved branded tent. NO TENTS ARE PROVIDED.

* 13. Peach Festival 2025 runs from Friday, August 8th from 12 PM to 7 PM and Saturday, August 9th, 10 AM to 6 PM.

Friday's Market will be inside Simcoe Park and along King Street between Queen Street and Byron Street.

Saturday's Market will be on Queen Street between Victoria Street and King Street, and on King Street between Queen Street and Byron Street.
