NAUFRP Member Survey

The Society of American Foresters (SAF) established the Certified Forester to create publicly recognized professional credentials and offer practicing foresters opportunities to learn and grow over their careers.

In some states, the SAF Certified Forester meets forester licensing and continuing education requirements.  In states where no forester licensing exists, the SAF Certified Forester offers the public and employers the opportunity to identify highly qualified professional foresters.

SAF is interested in expanding opportunities for more graduating student members to become SAF Candidate Certified Foresters early in their careers.

SAF would like to determine your College/School/Department's interests in encouraging your graduating students to take the SAF Certified Forester Exam (CF exam). What logistics would be needed to successfully implement the CF Exam before your students graduate.

Would you take a few minutes to complete the brief survey by the COB Tuesday, November 12th?
