Meetings cannot conflict with PNS programming (excluding the Education Course on Saturday, 13 June, and scheduled coffee breaks from Sunday, 14 June – Tuesday, 16 June). All requests are subject to Board approval (please allow 4–6 weeks for a decision).

Meeting room assignments will be sent two months prior to the conference start date. Please note that no industry events are allowed.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, space and availability are limited. Meeting times and room assignments may be adjusted based on overall scheduling and capacity.
