Life in trucking and logistics can be demanding with long hours, time pressures, and responsibility that doesn’t switch off when the engine does. That's why Healthy Heads in partnership with SuperFriend presents The Thriving Workplace Index survey. This 10-minute survey collects anonymous feedback and insights from all employees and helps us gain a deeper understanding of mental health and wellbeing within your organisation.

Your participation is entirely voluntary and anonymous. SuperFriend is an independent mental health research organisation and all data collected is kept confidential. It will not be possible to identify you from your responses; all responses are reported in group form only to look for trends and opportunities for improvement.
