December Walkers & Talkers with Alan Walker
Date: Wednesday 9th December
Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: Castle View Suite, Banks Homes Riverside
Guest Speaker will be Alan Walker. A club stalwart as a player and a coach, Walker has been part of the Durham furniture for over 30 years. He first came to the North East in 1994 and made a significant impact, chalking up figures of 14/177 against Essex at the County Ground, Chelmsford. The figures remained a club record until 2014, and Walker is now in Durham Cricket’s Hall of Fame. Walker was a left-handed batsman who bowled right-arm fast-medium.
Join us for a walk&talk around the ground and a Q&A session.
PARKING Information: Please park in the Riverside grounds, either opposite Club reception or in the Bannatynes gym car parking lot. If no spaces, there is Pay to Display parking available outside the grounds in the council parking lot.
