Which Transaction Issues Have Had the Greatest Impact on Closing Deals During the Pandemic?

With lingering challenges stemming from the pandemic, evolving healthcare regulatory environment, and ever-growing competitive market pressures, physician practices continue to evaluate their future strategies. We recognize that deal evaluation, negotiation, structuring, and integration is complex and careful consideration must be given to regulatory implications, physician compensation, practice valuation, and organizational culture integration. Through this survey, our intention is to capture those unique aspects of transactions that can either make or break the deal and to show how this past year has impacted the transaction environment.
