Your feedback is invited on the Commission's 25 draft Frailty Care Guides published
here. The initial seven guides for testing will be followed by a further two sets of guides so please check the e-digest or the web page for progress. It is expected the final versions will be published in 2019.
Please note: the draft Frailty Care Guides are not intended to be comprehensive texts on clinical conditions, rather simple guides to assist nurses in care planning. Illustrations will be added as part of the graphic design process prior to publication.
Please provide feedback collectively from your organisation rather than as individuals to help us process the responses more efficiently.
