ONA is in the middle of a a multi-step, member-led and member-driven process to create a strategic plan that will guide our organization over the next 3-5 years. The ONA Strategic Planning Committee has worked tirelessly with various groups, including the ONA Board of Directors, staff and various member-based groups to create an ONA 2018-2023 Strategic Plan draft.
The committee now wants feedback from all ONA members and other stakeholders ensure everyone's voice is heard as we near the end of the strategic planning process.
