As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic Bethlehem Academy, in collaboration with the Archdiocese of St. Paul & Minneapolis, is working to develop plans to address the challenges around this pandemic. We appreciate your input. Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

I am planning for my student(s) to attend class in the school building following health protocols.

Due to medical conditions of either my student(s) or my family, we prefer to continue distance learning.

While there are no medical conditions, we prefer that the our student(s) continue distance learning for the foreseeable future.

We will need more information to determine whether our student(s) will be distance learning or in the school building.

Students and staff members maintain and enforce social distance.
