The YMCA is the largest provider of non-profit regulated child care in Canada. YMCA Child Care and Camp programs support families and foster the healthy growth and development of children. Our programs help children to build self-confidence, learn healthy behaviours, and develop strong values. We currently offer: Pre-Kindergarten, summer and holiday day camps, and regulated child care for infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age children.
The YMCA is exploring operating a preschool child care program in the proposed Clarenville Regional Wellness Centre. YMCA preschool child care programs operate Monday to Friday in the mornings and afternoons, include meals and nutritious snacks, and cost $10/day.
