2027 AFP Chicago Fellows Program - Supervisor Statement of Support Survey

A member of your staff is applying to the 2027 AFP Chicago Fellows Program, a fundraising education program for early-career fundraisers, and has asked you to complete this statement. Please submit it by Monday, November 23, 2026. Selected Fellows will be announced on November 30, 2026.

I fully endorse the applicant named above to participate in the 2027 AFP Chicago Fellows Program. I understand this is a fundraising education program designed to strengthen my organization’s fundraising capacity.

I understand that the applicant will attend an orientation in January 2027 and monthly Fellows programs and events (1.5-2 hours each) throughout 2027, and will take part in a one-year Peer Mentoring program after completing the Fellows Program.

I understand that if the applicant is selected, my organization will pay a non-refundable $100 enrollment fee by December 2, 2026, and will pay the applicant’s 2028 AFP membership dues so that membership benefits continue after the program ends.
