techNL has partnered with Equiforce to learn about the lived experiences of equity-deserving professionals working in Newfoundland and Labrador's tech industry. The goal is to bring together participants with a range of identities, backgrounds, and professional experiences. Insights will inform employer resources and programming to support the attraction, inclusion, and long-term retention of diverse talent across Newfoundland and Labrador's tech sector.

A few things to know before you begin:

• Completing this questionnaire does not guarantee that you will be invited to participate in a focus group. Equiforce will review responses against eligibility and selection criteria to build balanced groups aligned with focus group objectives.
• Questions about your identity and background will help Equiforce assess eligibility and select participants, ensuring a range of perspectives is represented.
• Questions are voluntary. You may select all applicable options, choose “prefer not to say”, or leave questions unanswered. Responses to certain questions may affect eligibility.
• Equiforce will use your responses to assess eligibility, select participants, and develop aggregate group profiles that will be shared with techNL. Equiforce will take measures to protect the confidentiality of your responses and personal information.
• Completing this questionnaire will not affect your relationship with techNL or Equiforce.
