CIL Impact in Discharge Planning Survey

The National Council on Independent Living (NCIL), in collaboration with the National Council on Disability (NCD) is surveying to determine how many Centers for Independent Living are currently contracting or working with hospitals or Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) in discharge planning by utilizing Center staff with preventing institutionalization, re-institutionalization, and repeat hospitalizations.
